It just defaults to the first printer in the list, and I have to change it every time I want to print. The reports generate and all functionality seems to work within the viewer other than the print. It works except for the fact it won't pick up the system default printer. I recently upgraded a report server to SSRS 2016 and am running into issues getting my reports to print in the 'Report Viewer Control' in applications that are using Report Viewer 2015. It's listed in IE11 as RSClientPrint 2008 Class. A number of people have reported problems using the ActiveX print control in the report viewer after installing Microsoft Update 956391. Ultimate solution (works in SSRS 2012 too!)Īppend the following script to " C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10_50.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportManager\js\ReportingServices.
